First Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo arrived today in the Chadian capital of Ndjamena on a one-day official visit to extend condolences over the death of Chadian President Idriss Deby Itno.Daglo was received upon arrival at Ndjamena Airport by Deputy Chairman of the Military Council Hassan Gamous.

Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Member Malik Agar received today in the Republican Palace the Second Commander of First Nuba Mountains Front (an affiliate to SPLA) Brig Abdullah Ibrahim Agab.Following the meeting Brig Agab said in a press statement that the meeting discussed efforts exerted for implementation of security arrangements file, stipulated in Juba Peace Agreement, besides informing TSC member on work of the front. 
The Rwanda National Police (RNP) Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) has arrested five people in separate operations targeting major drug dealers.They were arrested in separate operations conducted on Tuesday, April 13, in Rubavu, Rulindo and Gasabo districts.In Rubavu, one only identified as Munyaneza was intercepted in Nyamirango Cell of Kanzenze Sector with 2,363 pellets of cannabis.Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Bonaventure Twizere Karekezi, the Police spokesperson for the Western region, said Munyaneza was reported by a reformed drug dealer and addict."As many young people continue to take the right direction from dealing or abusing drugs, some of them take further steps to report those who were supplying them.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Nasr-Eddin Abdul-Bari, Wednesday received the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and Head of the United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS), Volker Perthes, and the accompanying delegation, and discussed ways of cooperation between the two sides to ensure the realization of justice and to accomplish the tasks of the transitional period.
