The term "geo-strategy" was first used by Frederick L. Schuman in his 1942 article "Let Us Learn Our Geopolitics."
The words geopolitical, strategic, and geostrategic are used to convey the following meanings: geopolitical reflects the combination of geographic and political factors determining the condition of a state or region, and emphasizing the impact of geography on politics; strategic refers to the comprehensive and planned application of measures to achieve a central goal or to vital assets of military significance.
Geostrategy is the combination of two social sciences (Geography and strategy) focusing on the society and the State having based on the CNP – comprehensive national power of the given country. It is a part of data analyses packages used in the process of strategic planning, Geostrategy, a subfield of geopolitics
CNP is the overall country’s resources – it is a set of potentials (used or unused materials). It is an aspect of how politicians and technocrats undertake when they are formulating the national strategy of their country in which the social parameters (human ties, values, customs, norms, level of literacy, language, culture, tribes, sects and etc.) play key role in drafting comprehensive national strategy . These are also the controllercom of Geography.
Before setting out the national strategy a preliminary positive step should be taken that is to say: (strategic survey or review) detailed holistic data analyses for all the country controllercom or factors (Economic, social, political, legal, religious and etc.) in order to decide whether these factors are strong or weak and what should be adapted accordingly .
Based on the outcome of strategic review the next step follows the coining of aims, objectives and vision that the politicians and technocrats wish to achieve as public interests.
Geography
Geography (from Greek γεωγραφία, geographia, lit. "Earth description") is a field of science dedicated to the study of the lands, the features, the inhabitants, and the phenomena of the Earth
Human geography is a branch of geography that focuses on the study of patterns and processes that shape the human society. It encompasses the human, political, cultural, social, and economic aspects, which strategists and geographers regard as elements of national power.
Human geography is one of the two major sub-fields of the discipline of geography. Human geography is a branch of the social sciences that studies the world, its people, communities and cultures with an emphasis on relations of and across space and place. Human geography differs from physical geography mainly in that it has a greater focus on studying human activities.
Geography has three main significant parameters: natural, human and economic factors, which include sub-elements.
Have this question in mind?
What does each parameter encompass? Try to enlist sub-grouping
And how far are they related to the work of literature?
