The Director General Of Police Forces Meets The Director Of The Immigration And Development Administration Unit Of The International Organization For migration
The firest lieutenant general police (jurist) Adel Mohamed Ahmed Bashair,Director General of police forces met today in his office ,Mr.Andrew Gray,the director of the immigration and development department,of the international organization for migration,in the presence of the head of the passport and civil registry corporation,the director of passport and immigration,and the director of national cooperation.
The director general of the police forces praised the great role and cooperation the organization plays with the Sudanese police, in the field of migration,particularly the field of awareness through conferences and workeshops,as well as its active presence in the country,considering sudan as atransit country,which requires aglobal consideration,to stop these illegal migrations,in cooperation with the organization,stressing the support of the police headquarter,for the organization's programs,since the state has taken especial attention to the foreign presence file,through plans and studies,prepared in coordination with the relevant authorities.
For his part Mr.Gray praised the sudan's efforts to reduce illegal immigration,noting that the works needs cooperation and coordination between all parties,stressing the provision of necessary technical support to the police forces in the field of capacity building as well as the establishment of passport and civil registry units,to anylyze data,and another to check forged documents.
Lieutenant general Othman kabashi,head of passport and civil registration corporation,explained that the police leadership,represented in the corporation,works in accordance with plans and great cooperation,with the international organization for migration,especially in the field of training,capacity building,and checking documents,to control counterfeiding crimes,indicating that the year 2020 plan, comes to address countering illegal immigration and human trafficking.
