Description
It is located between the Blue Nile on the Southern side, the borders of the River Nile State to the North, Sharq El-Nil Locality to the East and River Nile to the West.
It has a total area of 455,907 m2 and a total population of 800,000 composed of various tribes of Sudan.
It is subdivided into three administrative units, namely, Bahri, North Bahri and Rural Bahri.
