Second: Cases of Narcotics

•    On 3/1/2010 suspects were detected with 120 heads of Hashish. A case was opened under article No. 15/A Mental Affecting Substances.
•    On 14/1/2010 suspects were detected with 200 heads of Hashish a case was opened under the same article above.
•    Similar to the above a group of suspects with a total of 277 heads of Hashish were detected.
•    On 26/1/2010 a Musa’id in the SPLA and others were detected with 104 heads of Hashish. A case similar to the above was opened against them.
•    On 18/3/2010 suspects with a total of 1,257 heads of Hashish were detained and treated as above at Al-Mugran Police Station.
•    Two suspects that belong to the Armed Forces were detected with 195 heads of Hashish + Army Uniform + Star brand pistol of German made + 13 pullets. They were detected at Sq 11 in Um Badda Dar Al-Slam. A case was opened against them at Al-Mugran Community Security Police Station under article No. 15/A Mental Affecting Substances and No. 26 Fire Arms.
•    On 28/5/2010 5 suspects were detected with 16 sacks of Hashish containing a total of 24,000 heads. They were caught by the Headquarter branch. A case was opened against them under the article 15/A mental affecting substance at Jabra Police Station.
•    On 5/6/2010 27 sacks of Hashish were detected inside a public transport mini-bus at Alhara 42 Althora. This was made by the static rescue unit at Alfateh area after a chase. A suspect was detained and a case under article 15/A mental affecting substances was opened at Alharat West Police Station.
•    On 6/6/2010 at Alkalaklat station two suspects that belong to the Central Reserves Police were detected having 107 heads of Hashish plus 2 half heads. A similar case like the above was opened.
•    On 8/6/2010 at Eastern Alkalakla Station, two suspects with 100 heads of Hashish were detected and a case under article 15/A also was opened. On 9/6/2010 the first suspect was sentenced by 10 years of imprisonment and 500 pounds fine while the second was released as innocent and exhibits were destroyed.             
•    On 8/6/2010  a team from the Drug Combating of Eastern Bahri detained a suspect with 685 heads of Hashish + 350 pounds + a police uniform + Form No. 17 with a name that belong to the Central Reserves Police + Social Support card at Elhaj-Yousif. A case was opened at Community Security Station of Sharq Elnil under article 15/A.
•    On 20/6/2010 at Salha Police Station, 2 suspects with 127 heads of Hashish + 4 incomplete heads + 7 half heads of Hashish + 13 quarter heads. This was at Um Al-Gora of South Rural area. A case was opened under article 15/A also.
•    On 2/8/2010 the team of a static patrol vehicle at the intersection between Al-Ghaddafi and Hai Elhoda at Eljraif East around 2:50 am caught 2 suspects using an ‘Amjad’ vehicle carrying 8 sacks with a large quantity of Hashish (Ghat). A case under article 15/A was opened at Eljeraif East police station and the vehicle was retained as an exhibit. Through investigation, the two suspects pointed out to a house at Elsahafa area in Khartoum. A search warrant was issued by the prosecutor. Upon searching the house, 17 foreigner refugees were found who has 107 sacks of Ghat ready for selling. In addition, 2 weighing scales were found. Article No. 30/A Immigration was added against the suspects.
•    On 2/8/2010 and at Community Security Station of Alkalakla East a suspect of ‘Arif’ rank at the Armed Forces was detected carrying 293 heads of Hashish + 6,050 SDGs + a 9 mm pistol of Koll trade mark + 6 pullets + Form No. 12-S.
•    On 6/8/2010 by Um Badda Community Security 7 suspects (6 ladies + 1 man) were detained while possessing 390 heads of Hashish inside a house at Um Badda’s Hara 14. A case was opened against them under article No. 15/A.
•    On 17/8/2010 at Community Security of Sharq Elnil a male and a female suspects were detected possessing 3 sacks of Hashish that contains 3,490 heads + 54 broken heads + 699 pieces of Hashish at Sq 4 of Alshigla. A case was opened against them.
•    On 24/10/2010 a suspect was detected driving a rickshaw with another possessing 780 heads of Hashish at Hara 14 Um Badda. A case was opened under article 15/A.
